farm truck with 327,000 off road only help or info on dpf

I just bought 08 cc dually for the farm. it has 327,000 miles on it and is running awful and throwing dpf and other misc codes. the truck will not see a highway so I am wanting to get rid of everything. any help on this would be greatly appreciated. i have had efi for a couple years now just don't get the chance to use it as often as i would like so i am not an expert but know my way around. i have only tuned my duramax's. thanks for the help and i am not looking to make anyone mad or to have an internet fight. i would like someone knowledgable on the subject to pm me with any advice. and like i said the truck is farm/mud truck only.

Here is a tune with all dpf codes deleted, dont forget to do vin change.

I would keep emission related tunes private in the future. No need to bring attention to this forum from the EPA.

Anyway to get same tune for a manual trans? I cant seem to change it.
