Default 6.2 Timing and Rev limit help?

I believe im pretty much where I wanted to be but wanted to check on a few things. I believe im running a little rich and not sure if the timing is exactly on? believe its commanded at 25* at the moment but pulling only 22 on the log file. Attached is the tune file. can some one tell me if I can get any more out of this thing safely with possibly different fueling or timing? also, the 1-2 shift is fine but feeling like with the 6l80e I need to wind it out a little more for the 2-3 shift? comments and help would be appreciated.

***Note**** I will be spraying it with a 100-150 wet plate, but only after dyno and wideband observed.
