    Default newbie confused/concerned

I have just recently started messing with our EFI Live we got a while ago. I've done ecm tuning before so i'm not completely new to tuning but new to EFI Live. The first thing that I did was hook up to my 2006 dodge and read the tune. The truck previously had a smarty on it but it was removed a while ago to put on another truck. While checking out the file I was disappointed by what i didn't see. No transmission or trouble code sections. also looking for torque management settings I didn't find anything. Now today I see people posting screenshots with transmission and dtc folders in the file. Did I do something wrong? does the ecm need to be reflashed with a stock file to read out right after having been tuned with smarty? I just downloaded the latest software to see if that might help. but other than that i'm stumped
