    Thanks yeahi almost never tune CMB its always CMC so i didn't make this mistake. I guess I just won't be able to tune this one for some reason.
    2015 3500HD crew cab long bed, 6" fabtech, slightly tuned, emissions intact.
    2005 dmax ccsb, EFI live tuned DSP 5 Full built motor, S471 billet single, More better built trans this time. and lots of other things.

    Yep I will send it to you in 3 hours when I get back to the shop. do you want it saved for remote flashing like the one I was using? or the one that I made when building the tune before saving it for remote flashing?

    Can you send the exact file that you were trying to flash when you got the error.

    While testing I got the $0502 error as well. Until I realized....

    The CMB 5.9 and CMC 6.7 do not support cal-flashing, they only support full-flashing.
    You must select one of the "Full" options, instead of the "Prog" options. The Prog options are for cal-flashing only.

    The 5 "Prog" options are listed first followed by the 5 "Full" options, you need to scroll down past the "Prog" options until you get to the "Full" options.

    Yep I was using "full" flash because thats the only way we can flash them. I have always used full flash.

    I know for a fact I was using full flash because I was showing the guy that he had to scroll through the PROG and use the FULL while he was standing right there and he saw the error code on the screen.

    can not start software on my desktop either scan or tunesame error message
