Hi All,
I used my V2 to log some data on Friday without any issues, when I went and plugged the V2 into my Laptop it asked for Firmware to be upgraded, which I did, as the V2 hasn't been used for some time. I upgraded the Book Block to 2.07.06 and Firmware to 2.07.49 as it came up in the upgrade window, now when I plug my V2 into my laptop or into my car (E38) it comes up with Error $0482, I can't return to a prior version of the firmware to try and resolve the issue, how do I get it working again as I can't do anything at all with it in relation to tuning or logging data.

durrr I fixed it, I did an uninstall again but this time I checked to see if the folder efilive 7.5 was removed and it was not so I deleted that and then reinstalled and that did it I am all set thanks.
I just purchased a newer laptop. Installed the newest. V7 software v7.5.7 build 241 V8 software v8.2.2 build 234 Bootblock V2.07.06 july 31,2013. Firmware V2.07.49 Aug 02 2013. Went fine. The problem is my firmware says Aug 02, 2023. Is that correct Why am I at 2023 on my flashscan when the date should be 2013. Again my firmware now reads V2.07.49 Aug 02, 2023 ???
1997 S10, 06 trailblazer SS LS2 swap, 4L70E trans, 76mm turbo. Factory ZQ8 suspension. 3.08, G80 w/a zexel. With a 0411 swap.
It is just a typing error in that firmware version, it should be 2013, not 2023.
Thanks for pointing it out, I will correct it in the next firmware update.
