    You have to find a 12212156 file... for example the 2002 Camaro file located at www.tunefiledepot.com ----> i.e. this one: 12212156.tun

    Have you read the COS tutorial (you can open it from the tunetool)? It tells you which is the correct COS for you base, plus a heap of other pertinent info on the upgrade. Definitely worth reading if you haven't.

    For 12212156 you need 02020005.

    Start from either of these OS's (with the same transmission as yours):
    - 12225074 Australian Holden -> upgrades to COS5 01290005
    - 12212156 Camaro/Firebird -> upgrades to COS5 02020005

    And then COS5 is included in the Custom folder of your EFILive V7 software install.

    Yes, just follow the tutorial as if you're doing COS3.

    Here are addiional notes specific to COS5: COS5.txt

    Be sure to install the latest V7 build version from here: Update-Aug-24-2013

    No, You can't flash the cal from your os into another os.

    Full flash the COS, then cal flash the 12212156 over it to populate all the calibration data, then follow the tutorial/notes on populating the remaining COS tables that will still be blank.

    No it wont work on a Vette with that OS as there is not a COS5 for it. You are limited to COS1, 2, or 3 with a Vette and that original OS.

    However, if you use a Vette 12212156 OS, then COS5 will work.

    (Edited after Joe's subsequent posts for clarification.)
