Default 2015 Canyon and Colorado to get Diesel option

    http://gmauthority.com/blog/2013/08/...do-gmc-canyon/

Just like the Cruze Diesel, we expect the Colorado and Canyon to be using a different controller and engine to the rest of the world. What that holds in terms of tuning is UNKNOWN until we get our hands on a controller.

FWIW, the 2.5L and 2.8L are currently sold in many parts of the world without a DPF.

    Cheers
    Cindy

Guess I've been gone too long. I didn't even know they were still making the Colorado.

It's running a Bosch ECM. We have one, but it's not on our radar at present for a variety of reasons - time being the major one, and the ECM not using standard GM protocols.

The ECM changes a fair bit too. The 2011 and earlier use a different ECM, then there is the 2 years on the ECM you ask about, and yet another change for 2014.

    Cheers
