No Shift Locked TCC file?

Been trying to sort this one for quite awhile now, can't seem to crack it.

I want to be able to plonk the shifter in 3rd have it shift 1>2>3 at low speed then lock up the TCC for the dyno.
(DVT is a bit problematic with my Laptop so not an option)

Most guys don't want the transmission to take a shit ever? But if that's what you really want I'm sure we could figure out how to?
