Default GM.BOOST_DMA not available as a BBL PID for E60 controller?

I'm trying to get my V2 set up to BBL with the same PID selection I use when logging with my laptop. I noticed that GM.BOOST is available, but GM.BOOST_DMA is not. I would just switch, but GM.BOOST_DMA is needed to "activate" CALC.ACTBOOST (Actual Boost Pressure) so I can see that one as well. Am I missing something?

As a side note, is there a way to select CALC PIDS for BBL, or do I just need to select them once I open the log file in the scan tool?

You can make a calc pid to calculate boost as "{SAE.MAP.kPa} - {GM.BARO.kPa}" or "{SAE.MAP.psi} - {GM.BARO.psi}" (or similar).

Hit the "V7" button in V8 where you configure your BBL PID list. You type in the calc pid without the "calc." prefix.
