Default Error $008E: Attempt to overwrite Firmware w/ an older version..HOW TO UPDATE DRIVER?

Error $008E: Attempt to overwrite Firmware w/ an older version

I've got that from trying to "update firmware"

    It's loaded with 2.07.47 and requests 2.07.45

the 2nd and 4th lights flash back and forth, now do nothing.

Been looking online, seems like 20 different solutions to fix the issue?

ALSO, THIS A V2 UPDGRADE FROM V1, NO IDEA IF THAT'S RELEVANT OR NOT.

    THANKS.
