Can I disable the TPMS with EFI LIVE on these vehicles? I did a search and many of the GM vehicles you can not but didn't see anything about a 6.7 Cummins.

No, this is a BCM feature on GM vehicles and EFILive cannot do anything about it either. Unless it is an ECM feature, EFILive cannot adjust/change it.
