I cant scan for DTC'S or see live data WTH??

So I just unboxed my new flash scan v2 .. It said I was supposed to install version 7.5 and v8. This is already sounding screwy, but I did so.

Im wanting to do a simple dtc pull and look at data and v7.5 says its not supported , and version 8 says not available yet??

I think i might have found my issue, the cd shipped with build 204.. and up for download online is 242.. i updated and will try again

Yes, always ignore the CD, and always download/install from online.
