DBW to DBC cable conversion

I'm doing a DBW to DBC conversion on a '04 LQ4. I've got a 12576106 PCM that has the IAC driver hardware on board.
Since the stock DBW tune already has the IAC tables populated, is there anything else needed within the tune other
than changing the System>Vehicle Platform>G1207 for the Electronic Throttle from Yes to No? I would think this is what
tells the PCM to use the throttle body TPS/IAC and not look for a TAC module. Will I still need to set DBW related codes
to not reported?
