how do I prevent stalling when reving

Hi all,
I'm new and have a lot to learn. I have a 2002 corvette that has been heavily modified. Ever since getting new heads and cam I cannot rev the engine without it stalling. I've tried different things dealling with the idle, such as the stall saver, etc. but nothing has helped. Could you give me some suggestions?
