    Default 2000 4L80E TCC operation

I have a 2000 Classic Sierra 2500 with the L29 and black box PCM. I was hoping to find some insight on controlling my TCC operation. I already have a custom tune from a professional tuner, but am looking for TCC tables. More specifically tables with zero throttle input. Everytime you let off the gas, the TCC unlocks, and then relocks when the pedal is reapplied. This is very annoying, and no wonder these 4L80/85 equipped trucks burn up converters. Can this be controlled with the original black box PCM? I can't imagine I'm the only one that dislikes this operation. Thank you!

Found this, but not sure if anything has come of it...
