    Default $06ff error on E38

I'm getting an $06ff error on autocal trying to load base tune in a camaro. autocal pulls tune out fine, I'm assuming it is a checksum problem. Car was originally tuned by someone else with a different program. Can this be fixed or Do I have to have GM reload factory program?

I know there is one tuner out there that causes this, let me check your files and see.

Here is the stock tune 'fixed' so you won't get that error.
Also, do you know what program created the tune initially? I am going to guess and say LS2 Edit?

Yes Im 99% sure it was LS edit. we have run into it before, and had GM flash factory OS, so we could work on it. Thank you for fixing the issue!

Yes, a TIS flash will fix it too, essentially they are storing CVN correction data where they should not be. There is one of the hand held tuners that does this too (but I don't recall which one).
