The timer was working well for me until this truck i'm sitting in right now. 6.7 Chimes instantly no matter what I do. I have tried different OS's, different settings that worked previously. Nothing. Not a single thing will make it go away.
Timer to 0 - Instant Chime
Timer to 360 - Instant Chime
EVERY SINGLE DTC TURNED OFF - Instant Chime
Every single Exhaust treatment parameter turned to disabled - Instant Chime
Soot Level thresholds set to 9.03 - Instant Chime
Soot Level thresholds set to 0 - Instant Chime
I thought this problem was done once and for all... ugh.
Anyone else having similar issues?
Timer to "0"
Related DTC's should be off.
Treatment parameters to not used, and O2 module fitted to "NO"
DPF Soot thresholds at 255.
Haven't had one truck back since.
If you've got a chime that sets "Service Required" -- just reset your CVV with brake and pedal combination.
Chime and Message.
DPF soot thresholds? The max I can put is 9.03 (even tried 0 to see if that might do it). Other than that yes I have done all that. It says DPF plugged on the ovhd service now, power reduced bla bla. It doesnt reduce the power but that chime is instant when you start it, even after disconnecting the batts.
Can you shoot me your file ?

I know it may be a long shot, what about disconnecting the batteries then touching the + and - together to delete the keep alive memory. I have seen some strange things with the Dmax's when one of the DPF pressure line gets clogged, even thou it shouldn't be monitored (on a deleted truck).

Hey Mitco39,
Did you ever figure out what was causing the problem? I just did one with the latest updates with no problems (well at least not yet, ha).
Tried disconnecting the batteries several times. Sorry for the slow replies been swamped lately but I am going to go look at this truck tomorrow so I figured I would post up the tune that is not working (tried differend OS/Calibrations) without any change. Instant chime. This tune was one of the many I have tried, just taking a clean stock and going to town on the emission changes. All the DTCs are turned off (just for testing purposes) and all the emission switches are off. Still chimes instantly when starting the truck.
