Default Can't log to sd card

I feel I've read every post here. I'm sure I missed it though. I can't seem to log to the sd card. Everytime I hit "record data" I get a error "file not found" I can connect & watch it but it will not go to the card. I have the latest EFI updates (Installed & reinstalled) Formated the card a few times. It's driving me cazy.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Todd

Did you format your SD card...?

Did you do this (see post #1): Setting-up-a-FSV2-from-scratch

    1. Ensure the lock tab on the SD card is not in the "write protect" location.
    2. If all else fails, format the SD card in the V2.

Normally, you only need to create the required directory structure, but recently I've found I had to format the SD card in the V2 to get it to work. I'm not sure why as the directories were there, but I'd manually created them via the PC.
