truck surges when AC on and in Drive at idle speeds only.
did a tune for a buddy. truck runs great idles great but when he turns on the ac and puts it on drive it surges and causes it to pull timing and not want to idle. but only at idle speeds if he taps the gas and gets it to 1000rpm its perfectly fine but as soon as he lets off the compressor doesnt go on and it stops blowing cold air and starts to surge. only thing i can c on the log is rpm dropping and timing dips in a consistent pattern. any idea why this is happening? log if file attached...
