Default truck doesnt start after loading stock file turns over

I had efilive and a dsp5 switch done by a tuner about a year ago and just got a built transmission so I switched tuners and got an autocal and have to send the tuner my stock files. Tried reading them with the autocal and had problems because they are locked. So he sent me a stock file to load into the truck and then read out. Everything was going smooth I was able to load and read the ecm or at least think I did but now the truck will not start. I tried searching but I'm turning up no answers that help

happened to me I had to take out the info and radio fuse out from under the hood and reload the tune. it worked fine the first time then wouldn't start and wouldn't let me reload tune or anything so I took out the fuses and tuned the truck that I was fine to tune and read ecu/tcu with the fuses in.
