Trouble connecting to E67 ECM w/FSp V1.2

I have a friend who is transplanting a 6.0L out of an '08 Trailblazer SS. I tried to scan the ECM but it states "ECM not detected". I have recently updated to the V7.5. I have tried to do a search for the E67, but couldn't find the same circumstances. I then hooked it up to my '69 Camaro with a 2002 LS1 to test and had no issues. What am I missing here?

You need a V2 for CAN Bus controllers...
