Has anyone had trouble programing after a Bully Dog GT tuner was removed? The Dodge dealer would not reprogram the pcm because it is up to date.

The dealer can still flash over it, their software even asks them "Are you sure you want to program with the same update".
I no longer monitor the forum, please either post your question or create a support ticket.
The problem I'v be having is that the dealer wants to charge the labor no mater if the flush the module or not. But when you tell the service writer that they can flash it no mater what. And when you tell them that you would like the high idle turned on they have no idea what you talking about.
Would it be safe to flash over with a stock from the tune depot
I wouldn't see why it wouldn't be safe to start with a clean tune file.
Always best to get a Dealer Flash, especially when Bully (your ECM) Dog is used.
