I tried to sign in with my email and password. Says my password is incorrect. I've requested a password reset 3 times now and I am not getting an email response....
And no it's not in my junk folder.

I had to create another account. Which is silly because it's exactly the same as it was before lol

Our new online store went live towards the end of last year. All customers were required to setup new account details after the switch, as existing details didn't carry over. Have you used our store in the last 6 months?
