Problem with the Version 8 Scan and Tune

Dunno if it something on my end or not, but.
When trying to open a logged tune from the v2 (after transferring it to computer) with the v8 software scan...
I get
Access violation at address 10002EC0 in module 'Lua5.1.dll'. Read of address 00000000
