    Also, when the full flash fails, copy all the text that appears in the text/console box, and paste it here.

    this what i get everytime i try to full flash the cos02020003

    You have to run the tunetool logged into Windows as Administrator.

    ok so running as administrator is the fix. i wasn't getting the 3-4min programming process of the flash before and it works fine now. still shows flash fails but it's after the reprogramming phase of the process.
