Default 2010 Cobalt 2.2L - Gauges die & dash warning lights come after plugging in V2

Any idea why the dash freaks after I plug in the V2 to the OBDII port?

    I don't think it's the V2 because it works fine in my 2007 2500HD Duramax and 2014 Cruze 1.4T

Yes, CAN comms between IPC and ECM/TCM gets interrupted by V2 communicating with the ECM/TCM.
