At this point we have received no further communication from you.

Your help desk ticket will remain open for another 24 hours, if by that time you have not responded, our technicians will close your ticket on the basis there was only ever one charge made to your credit card.

After your ticket is closed, should it be determined that a secondary charge does exist, and transactional information can be provided, you will need to open a new help desk ticket.
