help Tweaking my tune please

guys take a look at my tune and tell me what I am missing. I have the EGR disabled but I get an 04 code now and then. I also get a 003A code all the time, I know for a fact that the turbo is working fine from my scans, so why do I keep tripping this. my speedo reads 2MPH slow also

anyway here is my tune, please give it look. truck modes are listed in my signature.
