    Default 48re tc lockup

Could someone point me in the right direction as far as tc lockup on a 48re.
I have made the values in the tcc apply and release tables max and min as in 0 and 165 across the board.
The tc will lock in second at light throttle but under heavy throttle it will not lock until 65.

Does the ecm have a slip limiter like the allison or am I missing something?

I found the problem. The ground for the switch was loose and pulling away under engine torque.
    All fixed now.
