Default Transition from Smarty JR. to EFI

    Hello
I just bought my FlashScan V2 for my 2006 Cummins, and right now I have a Smarty JR. on it. I am basically wondering what all I need to have factory reset by the dealer. I have been reading on other threads that people have had problems with ECM, ABS, and TIPM being corrupted from the previous tuners. Right now I am running 35" tires so I used the Smarty to recalibrate the ABS module, and if the EFI doesn't care I would like to just leave it alone. Basically I don't want to brick anything and get started building my own tune!

Just start with a clean stock file from www.tunefiledepot.com and you should be fine. DO NOT use the stock file left by the smarty. In all likelihood the smarty file is read blocked, but if not and you do read it out do not use it. If you have odd things like flickering lights, abs lights come on and off, etc. then get all three modules flashed by the dealer.
