Default DSP 5 Voltage Stuck at 2.9 Volts

Ran into a weird issue with a DSP5 install on an LMM Duramax. Switch was working correctly for about 5 minutes then the voltage became stuck at 2.9 Volts, DSP Tune #1. Both Scan Tool and volt meter on DSP wire confirm this voltage. Tried a new DSP5 Switch, no change. Kind of at loss at this point, going to try another full reflash and see if that changes anything.

Full reflash didn't change anything. I rescaled the DSP switch voltages in the tune to get it switching again. Not sure if it's a controller issue or something with the tune. Is there a driver or something in the PCM just for the 5 volts to the switch or is it a common power source from the 5 volt sensor reference?
