Default No A/C torque reduction table in E38 tune? B4358 spark table?

Having some issues when a/c is on and was told to look at those tables and didn't find them for the 2010 Camaro. Found an older Avalanche file and it had it? HPTuners still shows that table. Why'd EFILive remove it? Or is it called something else? The only A/C tables I have seen are airflow related, not spark.

B4358 was never in the E38, you are talking about an LS1 having that table aren't you?

Well the reason it came up is because a guy on camaro5 asked me to zero out the a/c torque decrement spark adjustment table.

Torque Management => Engine => AC Torque => Torque Reduction
couldn't find it on my tune using efilive. Downloaded a demo of HPT and found the table in the 2010 Camaro file that came with the demo.

Would flashing a tune with a newer compatible operating system mess with the BCM or any other module?

This whole thing started with the car stumbling when the a/c clutch turns off and I was informed that gm fixed it in subsequent versions.

Do I need a dealer to do it and also flash bcm and any other module required or can I just use a repository file on the ecm and be successful without corruption?

If there is a dealer update to fix the problem then it would be worth getting that done first.

thanks, I was able to get an appointment for next week to get them to look at it. Hopefully I get a good service adviser and tech who want to help and is willing to talk; rather than the usual "we know better than you, so don't talk".

But for reference, would a OS update to the ECM also require any other system; like the BCM, to be flashed as well? or would the BCM talk to the ECM as long as the VIN's are the same? I tried another ECM on my car and it wouldn't start due to the different VIN's.

It depends what GM have changed, sometimes multiple modules do need to be flashed if one is updated.
