How would I go about adjusting the main injection table on a lly for 15 to 100% nozzles or injectors? I got a idea of how it should go. But stumped on the math part and the final numbers not matching for the injectors to behave like stock..

From my own experience, no mathematical formula will get you even remotely close to actual. The best way I have found is by using EXERGY injectors since they provide you a flow sheet. With the flow sheet it takes the guess work out of it since you have KNOWN values to enter. You can make changes to get the cells on the flow sheet to match your tune, and apply those changes to the rest of the table. Has worked so far for me.
1995 GMC 2500 SUBURBAN powered by 01 DURAMAX/ALLISON, little of this, a little of that,
DIAMONDEYE 4" exhaust, CORSA muffler, AFE stage 1 dry filter, custom tuning by me, KENNEDY single pump and pump rub kit.
I will give that a try. But sum customers will not bring a flow sheet with there set..
I just do the math to reduce pulse depending on injector size and then rework all the splits and other needed changes.
If the power is higher or lower than desired, I go back and rework pulse and then splits again until the desired power is achieved.
As thefermanator mentioned, Exergy seems to be far more accurate on their injector sizing than other companies out there....especially II.
I've done it using the math method for reduced pulse to increased nozzl size, and was WAY off on more than one occasion. One set of oversized inejctors from one company won't need as much change as a set from another company either. Unfortunately without a flow sheet it is a crap shoot, and trial and error kicks in.

thanks for the help.. still learning it slowly on the bigger injectors. the trial and error has been my only way so far with my truck.
