Default LS1b 12606807 OS- what maps can limit throttle blade position

On a completely stock 2006 Sierra, LS1b, 12606807 OS, with Allison 6 speed. Pedal position goes to 100%, but the throttle blade flatlines at 53%. {D0301} is disabled, {D2001-2003} are turned off. {B6614} is set to positive 640 lb-ft.

Traction control is inactive. Are there any other tables that are allowed to limit the blade position?

I also found {B6612} "ETC Pedal Torque Reduction". Based on RPM and Torque limit %, it will reduce ETC percentage. Problem is, I can't find anything that would call for torque limiting. Everything is turned off from the factory(traction control, BTM, axle torque...)

any thoughts?--could this have to do with the positive 640 lbft on this OS? I read another post that said the values were reversed, but if it were maxed out, wouldn't the truck always call for torquelimit based on {B6614}. Sorry for thinking outloud...

Okay, just to follow up with what I've learned.
We "zero'd" out the {B6614} "Max Torque by RPM". Drove the truck and a LOT more power was available. I pulled some logs to review and depending how they look, I will probly change the cells to -640 Nm. I'll report what I find. Hope this helps someone else out with this particular OS.

Ok, thanks for posting back... B6614 set to zero probably means "no limit". Let us know how it changes (if any) when you set it to 640 Nm.

hahaha, sooo setting B6614 to "-640" pulls all power and absolutely no response from the accel pedal-truck just idled around till we got back to the parking spot.

I then set it to "240", just to see what happened. It still had a lot more power, but I dont think it made any more or less than when I set it to zero. I'm attaching the logs in cae anyone is interested. FYI, there was a ton of audible knock occuring( and knock retard definitly kicked in).

Hmmm -640 Nm can use used as valet mode...?!

I'll take a closer look at your logs regarding KR.
