Map sensor scaling was causing 1 bank to pull a ton of fuel but the other bank was not pulling an unreasonable amount?

Is your FPR MAP-referenced or un-referenced...?

So your FPR has a reference hose that sees manifold pressure/vacuum...?

If so, then your IFR table is wrong, it should be flat, same value all across.
