Default tuning question. can I increase turbo boost

I'm new to efilive and diesel tuning. I haven't been able to find an answer so far on boost adjustment. After looking for a couple of days I figured it was time to ask for help. My truck is reading 30 psi but I'm needing to bump it up a little higher. Any help and info is greatly appreciated.

How are you reading boost? OBD or analog gauge?

I am getting reading on my analog gauge. I just got it to go to 35 psi adjusting the wastegate min to 50% but now it's hitting a boost limiter making it fluctuate. I'm going to try and bring the % down a little further and see if I can get it to hold steady at 35psi
