    Default flashscan v2 repair process

i have a flashscan v2 that the rj-45 port on the bottom will intermittently lose connection with the cable (i can wiggle it and make it restart)

i have tried a friends cable and it does the same thing

what is the repair process? where do i send it?

or am i better off cracking it open and sourcing a matching board mount port and soldering it in?

SoCal Diesel in California are our Authorized Repair Centre in the USA.

If your unit is under warranty, you'll need to log a Help Desk ticket and be issued an RMA number prior to sending back your unit.

If your unit is not under warranty, you should contact SoCal and talk to them about turnaround times and cost.

The warranty process, and SoCal's details can be found here http://www.efilive.com/warranty-policy

    Cheers
