    Any ideas?

    Using LS1B_A for a 2000 LS1 Corvette.
    EFI V8.2.2.258
    Firmware 2.07.64
    Boot 2.07.07

    Thanks!
After investigating this issue, it is now a confirmed bug. GM.EOPS will not show up in the V8 scan tool. It will be fixed in the next update.

The workaround is to hex-edit the *.efi log file and change the PID name GM.EOPS to XX.EOPS. That will force the V8 software to not try to (incorrectly) rename the PID to GM.EOP which is not a supported PID in V8.
I've attached a fixed version of your log file.
