What do you want to know about this map?
It's all good until it goes "Bang"
What PIDS do I set up and then how do I use it??? Thanks for answering !
if you open your tune file and look at the parameter you wish to log, hover the mouse pointer over the axis title/headings it will show which PIDs / parameters are associated with it, they are the PIDs you need to log to be able to gather logged data in a map. There are also pre defined maps in the scan tool

Also, when you log the pids that he said, you will be able to do cell highlighting in the tunetool tables from the log file.
i seem only to have one map in maps (f11) a-j. should there be more?
also, what does "cell highlighting" mean. how is it done? (i cant find anythig on that in the manuals.)

Click on a map letter, and then within the same toolbar open a map... if there are none, you can create a map.
If you log the pids listed on the axis of a tunetool table, when viewing the log, the scantool will link into the tunetool table and you can see the current operating cell highlighted, and you can watch the operating cell move around the table as the engine runs.
thanks, i will try that.
