Default 1999 PCM wont validate Default Metric PIDS

Hi all!! It's been a long time since I've used EFILIVE. Many wonderful changes!! Getting back to a couple projects.

We bought this harness and PCM From PSI Conversion (PSIConversion.com). It appears to be a 1999 PCM. It's in a 1948 Ford Pickup with a 2003 LS6 and 4l60e. I can connect read and flash the PCM. When I validate the default metric PIDs only the first four CALC PIDS validate the remaining seventeen PIDs aren't supported?? No data comes through on scanning although it does connect to the vehicle. Is it me or the PCM

Would I be better off buying a 12200411 PCM off of ebay??

Thanks for all and any help!

    Bink

Hey Bink, how's it going, good to see you back here

Do you have FlashScan V1 or V2...?

Which V7 software build version do you have installed (Help->About from scantool or tunetool).

I did an uninstall, fresh install 7.5.7 262. Read the pcm. Scanned and scanner says it's 2 different vehicles. Read PCM is a 2000 Corvette and scanned is a 2002 Camaro. I would guess this has to do with PS1's recalibration/ID as Corvette?? All PIDs validated ..happy camper. Car has a split personality?

With the scantool, what does VIN say...? Is this the correct VIN...? Try setting the VIN again using the scantool.
