Does anyone know off hand or dealt with a 2013 3500 that can check their stock tune file and see if there any access to being able to disable traction control or set it not interfereing normally.

Does anyone know off hand or dealt with a 2013 3500 that can check their stock tune file and see if there any access to being able to disable traction control or set it not interfereing normally.
That depends on the vehicle platform you are working with. Some 2013 3500 models still use an E38 ECM, while others use an E78 ECM.
If it is an E38 - then I believe that EFILive software could assist you.
If it is an E78 - then I believe support is not yet available.
