Updated firmware and now cannot get into 7.5

Hello,
I just updated the autocal and now I can't get into 7.5. So when I open v8, i cant get the scan tool to open and view live data. I used the scan feature of the Autocal and v7.5 all the time on my truck. Am I missing something?

Did you also install the updated V7 software...?

( did you update both V7 and V8 software...? )

I had to manually reload the USB drivers for the interface....

Nope, Ill give that a try. I didnt think to click on the gray colored v7 download button... gray means disabled in computer world. Yup updated the v8 already but it doesn't do live scan i guess? Thanks
