    Default Disappearing Autocal Tunes

We have been having an issue for a while now where a customer will flash their truck with an new autocal, then go back to flash it again a short time later and the tunes that were on the autocal will be be gone. We thought it was a fluke at first, but has happened roughly 10 times or so over the last 6 months. Any ideas?

Yeah we have had this issue as well... I have caught that many times this was the case of folks that choose the wrong option. Example: a cummins that should only full flash and customer accidentally selects PROG on the autocal. Flash fails and also wipes unit clean.

I have wondered if something like that may be the case..... it is strange that it wipes out the autocal though.
