5.3 4l80e tuning vehicle starting in second
Hey guys so I recently did a 4l80 swap into a project I have going, I pinned the trans plug for the 4l80, and added the second vss sensor pinned to the PCM
I have a stand alone harness that I did myself
I think I did the segment swap correctly based on the small tutorials around here
( look for a truck with the 4l80 and same OS copy segment)
I have turned off the codes I was getting p0740, p0785
My truck didn't come with a locking TCC signal so I went and added a relay via lt1swap.com
Instructions
I tested the solenoids by commanding them on and I can hear them clicking
Truck feels really sluggish, reverse feels normal
I can mash the pedal all the way down and there's no downshift, accelerates very slow
Engine is out of a 2003 Tahoe
Trans is out of a 2002 2wd 2500 with a 6.0

It works!!! so it turns out the segment swap wasn't sticking over when i flashed it, everything works!
