    Still have a hard time with people who say to disable something that can be very helpful and effective when tuning. Yes the OP should modify the post but just arbitrarily deleting it makes no sense.

    I understood post injection was used almost completely for emissions. I suppose it could be used to push some extra fuel to help with spool up on a big charger without changing the timing. I've never tried that though.

    ok had customer road test the truck doing better but crusing egts are 1000 before was 700. I am looking at the tune to figure which limiting tables need changing. so change pilot and post injection tables in fueling or in timing or both.

    Look at what tables reference each other. All the ECM is really doing is running values through an equation to produce the desired fueling and timing. You need to get some catalogs too

    truck is doing a lot better. trying to get customer to dyno it to see the hp and tq numbers. but working on other tunes for him as well. but not sure on a few of them. trying to get a mileage tune for him. but the csp5 setup is a lil confusing to me.
