hows the rail pressure? if its holding just turn up the fuel a little, should be enough for a 20hp boost. Also what boost are you seeing? stock wastegates suck.

it holds max rail pressure still. but has stock fuel pressure table in it. max boost we are seeing on the insight monitor is 23psi of boost. he does have the mbrp down pipe intake heater deleted on it. I have about 3050us on injectors with 28degrees of timing. just stumped with it. he has a stage 5 ppe trans in it. we did the ii injector cups and arp headstuds in and the trans.

The insight is not good at monitoring boost unless your have the expandable sensors installed. I would suggest a real boost gauge (or get the extender for the insight) Or if you have a way of monitoring boost directly on the dyno that would also be preferred.

Hows the smoke under load? if its dirty all the way through then you need more air to make more power. Running out the injectors much past where you are now wont gain you anything but heat, especially if your dirty up top as it is.

Id take a closer look at your boost. Sounds like you have plenty of fuel and I wouldn't go to much higher on the WOT timing unless its your truck and your aware of what could happen.

the truck belongs to a good friend of mine and he is aware of it. this truck is out in Utah. we are trying to hit the 500 hp mark. would u say the boost table will need to have the boost coming on sooner in it?

LB7s don't have boost control tables. Its all mechanical. If the stock wastegate isnt holding its own thats holding you back.

ok thanks buddy. so need to check to make sure the wqastgate is doing its job or being lazy and opening up when it shouldn't. would taking the b0748 table on the lower rpm and about mid fueling up to 100% fueling to about 2600 rpm and set it to 0 help spooling the stock charger more as well.
