Default computer randomly goes into security mode

Hello, the computer in my truck will randomly go into security mode and I can't start the truck. I'll have to the the key in the on position for about 10 minutes for it to go through its process then turn the key off then it will start right up. Is there anything in the tune that will stop this. It started when I have an aftermarket alarm with remote start installed

Aftermarket alarm is messing with the serial bus... BCM expects to freely talk to PCM without being interrupted.

You could try turning off VATS in the tune.
