"CRC-D failed" error message when opening tune

Im getting an error message when I try to open a tune. I saved the tune properly obviously, and then next time I tried to open it, EFILive gives me a cyclic redundancy check error message.

It gives the same message regardless of whether I open the tune in V7.5 or V8.

Hopefully it can be salvaged...Im going to be kinda screwed here if I cant recover this tune file because its an LML tune, so obviously I cant read the tune back out of the ECM and re-save it that way.....

Im not in front of my computer right now, but it's the latest version of V7.5 and V8. I wrote/flashed the tune with the latest version and didn't change anything...just flashed the tune, and went to open it again 2 days later and it said CRC-D failed.
