Pcm died anyway of recovering it or is it junk and how do i make sure it doesn't lock up my new one

I deleted the cax uninstalled efilive reloaded it put in a program that never had the cax in it am i safe now

As long as you flashed back in the tune file from before you modified it with the incorrect cax file, you should be fine.

I used the first one i uploaded here to make sure it was before i heard about the cax the car was running fine driving down the road and it just shut off and i can't get into the pcm i assume that the cax was the cause but i had already deleted it and loaded a different tune in it

ALSO DO THIS:

Go to ... C:\Program Files (x86)\EFILive\V7.5\Calibrations ... in that folder find the file named "04073003.cax" and then delete it.

I did that too before and loaded a tune without the cax but. It may have already done the damage
