    os 12587603 the map sensor is a 12614973 for supercharged cobalt but when I put the 2 bar values in for a 2bar it floods it out

    Then there's various other problems...

    what does MAP pid show with key-on engine-off...?

    it was wrong map sensor I've worked on the tune following your advice its running much better now not leaning out under boost thank you for pointing me in the right direction here is the tune now and a data log

    Set the scantool units to metric...

    so 14.5 psi would be 100 kPa (much easier)...

    Do you see any reason i cant get it to idle and cruise leaner than 12.1 afr

    Log shows commanded AFR 14.17 in CL which matches B3601 in your tune...

    are you seeing AFR 12.1 on your wideband...? I don't see any logged wideband data in your log file.

    Since you're running SD (MAF-less), your VE table is not correct

    also note that you have LTFT disabled but CL is still enabled... you have to set B4205 to 284F to disable CL

    ( otherwise it will run CL but without applying LTFT since you have LTFT Correction disable (B3801) ).
